Mobilizing Volunteers to Resolve Ongoing Healthcare Issues

Stone of Help Haiti confronts the harsh reality of widespread hunger and healthrelated needs while impacting lives via the gospel of Jesus Christ. We aim to serve the healthcare needs of local communities and remote villages by sending volunteers and healthcare professionals who operate primarily through local churches and schools.

Stone of Help Haiti is pleased to announce the services of Dr. Mickenson Exantus to our Health vision. Dr. Exantus is a trusted brother in the Lord and a faithful friend to this ministry. He addresses a certain need among the church communities we serve as the vast majority of people are lacking even basic healthcare. In addition, Dr Exantus is providing routine check-ups for our partner schools as well as conducting preventative medicine classes for both the students and their parents.

Construction has begun on the much needed Mount Olive Clinic at Bouk Disuit in the area of La Vallèe, Jacmel. The clinic will serve four church communities as well as the general public. This project is being received with great thanksgiving as access to quality healthcare is extremely rare among the people in this remote mountain region.
